9- Power of Executive Council

  In furtherance of the objects of the DCIF but not otherwise the EC shall exercise the   following powers

(a) To raise funds and to invite and receive contributions/donations provided in doing so the it shall not undertake any substantial permanent trading activity (s).
(b) To borrow money and charge all or any part of the revenue collections of the DCIF towards repayment of the money so borrowed.
(c) To co-ordinate and join with other voluntary bodies and statutory authorities in furthering the objects of the DCIF and to exchange information and advice with hem
(d) To establish or support any other trust, association or institution for achieving all or any of the objects of the DCIF
(e) To appoint or constitute any advisory or sub committee, as it may think fit, to enable it to achieve the objects of the DCIF.
(f) To delegate in writing powers to one or more sub/advisory committees, with or without restrictions/conditions, as it may deem and think fit for fulfilling its responsibility(s).
(g) To continue exercising control over any function that it has delegated, despite delegation.
(h) To revoke, in writing, wholly or in part any delegation that it has made.
(i) To do all such lawful things as are necessary for achieving the objects of the DCIF.
(j) to implement policies as agreed upon by the AGM
(k) to consider and make recommendations on all motions, proposals and amendments submitted to the AGM
(l) to formulate and approve rules of procedure and by-laws.
(m) to approve the calendar of international and regional Cricket events for submission to the AGM
(n) International Cricket Organisations, as well as other bodies as may be necessary to achieve or further any Objects of the DCIF.
(o) to make payment to persons including any member of the Executive who are engaged by the Executive Council to perform tasks at its direction.
(p) to establish such ad hoc committees as it may deem necessary for the carrying out of its duties; and
(q) to exercise any other incidental powers necessary for the Executive Council to carry out its responsibilities pursuant to this Constitution
