2 - The power of the DCIF

2.1 To subscribe to, become a member of and cooperate with any other association, club or organisation whether incorporated or not, whose objects are altogether or in part similar to those of the Federation.
2.2 To regulate and, if necessary, monitor and control the operations of National Associations.
2.3 To enter into any arrangements with any Government or Authority that are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the objects and the powers of the Federation
2.4 To provide facilities for settlement of disputes, discipline of misconduct and for breach of this Constitution or any other by-law of this Constitution.
2.5 To appoint, employ, remove or suspend such managers, clerks, secretaries, servants, workmen and other persons as may be necessary or convenient for the purposes of the Federation.
2.6 To control and invest the funds of the DCIF in such manner as shall be decided from time to time.
2.7 To borrow, raise or secure the payment of monies and to lend money or give credit to any person or body of persons in such manner as the DCIF may decide.
2.8 To purchase, transfer, sell, assign, mortgage, lease, hire or exchange land, equipment, plant, furnishing or any other property whatever, and in any manner authorised by law, to improve, levy and collect annual membership fees and other charges upon or from its members.
2.9 To acquire and hold any estate or interest in any property whatsoever.
2.10 To raise money and acquire such assets necessary to carry out the above and to obtain such permits as may be necessary for that purpose
2.11 To do all things necessary for or incidental to the pursuit of the Objects.
2.12 To make donation for patriotic, charitable or community purposes.
