To develop new training programs, expand existing opportunities for Deaf persons to participate in Cricket at international standards and to promote competition at International level. |

To control award, supervise and assist in the Organisation and coordination of the Deaf Cricket World Championship, Regional Championship, International Cricket Series etc. as the sole International Organisation to do so. |

To promote the organisation and development of Deaf Cricket in developing countries. |

To liaise and to establish and maintain cordial relation with other Sporting body i.e. CISS, ICC, the International Olympic Committee (IOC), General Association of International Sport Federations (GAISF) etc. in pursuance of these objectives. |

To liaise and or co-operate with, or lobby any relevant government or other organisations on behalf of Deaf people participating in Cricket. |

To coordinate the calendar of international and regional Cricket events. |
