4- Nomination for membership


(a)
Shall be made in writing in the form set out in Appendix -1 or Appendix-2 as the case may be.
(b)
 Shall be lodged with the seceretry General of DCIF.
(c)
A new country shall be nominated for membership of the DCIF only by an existing member country.
