(a) |
The funds of the DCIF shall be derived from affiliation fee, annual fee of members, contributions, donations, sponsorships, government grants and other income as may be received for use by or in connection with the DCIF and such other sources as the EC determines. |
(b) |
All monies received by the DCIF shall be deposited within 1 week to the credit of its bank account. |
(c) |
The DCIF shall issue an appropriate receipt for all collections within 1 week of the money(s) getting credited in its bank account. |
(d) |
Subject to any resolution of the AGM, the Funds are to be used in pursuance of the Objects of the DCIF in such manner as the Executive Council determines. |
(e) |
No portions of the Funds are to be distributed directly or indirectly to any member except as a bona fide compensation for services rendered or expenses incurred on behalf of the DCIF. |
(f) |
Bank A/c to be maintained in the country of Head Quarter of DCIF, from where the Treasurer shall be elected. |
(g) |
Authorised signatory to the bank A/c shall be the Chairman and any ONE of the other two office bearers, i.e. the Treasurer and the Secretary General. |
