| (a)
|
The DCIF shall be dissolved in the event of the number of Full Members falling below 3 or upon the vote of seventy five percent of the majority of Full Members present and entitled to vote at an Extraordinary AGM convened for that purpose and of which notice incorporating this proposed dissolution is given in accordance with this Constitution. |
| (b)
|
Upon dissolution, the assets and all profits, if any, after payment of all expenses and liabilities shall be conveyed to any other organisation having similar objects as that of DCIF and which prohibits distribution of its income and property amongst its members to the extent as envisaged in this constitution provided, in doing so, the DCIF fulfills all the legal/statutory/obligations in dissolving the DCIF. |
