Means anyone suffering a hearing loss of at least 55 dB in the better ear {3-tone frequency average of 500, 1000 and 2000 hertz, ANS 11969 standard} |

Founder Member |
The conferral of Full Membership to those present at the inaugural International delegates Conference of DCIF held at Lucknow, India in 2004 |

National Association |
Means any national body governing the sport of Cricket recognised by the Federation as to Principal Deaf body in that country, and is offered membership of DCIF by virtue of these articles |

Resolution |
Means any motion passed at AGM/EGM and Executive council meeting which deems to become effective immediately

Full Member |
A member of the DCIF having the rights and obligations referred to in these Articles

Honorary Life Member |
A member of the DCIF by virtue of these Articles

|
Official competition |
A competition for which the DCIF is responsible to seek Organisers and is the property of the DCIF |

Regional- Confederations |
A group of Full Members, which are geographically situated and have formed themselves into a Regional Confederation, which is recognised by the DCIF |
