| (a) |
The Chairman of an AGM/EGM at which the quorum is present shall, with consent of majority of members present at the meeting, adjourn the meeting from time to time and place to place, but no business shall be transacted at an adjourned meeting other than the business left unfinished at the meeting which was adjourned. |
| (b) |
If an AGM/EGM is adjourned for 21 days and more, the Secretary General shall give a written or oral notice of the same to all the members of the DCIF stating the place, date and time of the meeting and the nature of the business left to be transacted in that meeting. |
